Sasuke had EMS and was killed by Madara who only had one Rinnegan. Rinnegan techs are far superior because they make conditions to their jutsu that only people with another Rinnegan can percieve.

Sasuke kept his Rinnegan because it was an actual doujutsu transformation or an "awakening" While Naruto's mode was only achievable with the limited* amount of 9 bijuu chakra complimented by the Sage's senjutsu. Naruto has his own Sage mode, but has since lost his "new mode"

Thats a little too complex of a scenario for Sasuke and Sarada. I mean, I wouldn't put it past Oro to do that, but it just seems like something Kishi would avoid.
