Biggest loss for Sasuke is Sharingan's precog. He used it like once in vote1. Guess Kishi kinda forgot about that along the way. Sharingan is just cosmetics 90% of the time and some bs powers. Some1 with 3T Sharingan should be almost unbeatable in CQC.

Well duh. Pretty sure no Genin would be able to beat him if he used more of Kuramas power. Kurama always gave him as much as the plot demanded.

Sasuke beat base form Gaara and Naruto beat Neji. Both did what Lee never could. I honestly don't think, Lee being the actually stronger one ist what Kishi had in mind. It's quite clear that both Sasuke and Naruto were portrayed as superior.

Part 1 Kakashi is apparently on Kabuto's level. Kabuto, who beat Tsunade, who got demolished by Naruto. Just don't pay too much attention to power in this series. It really isn't all that consistent.
