Can anyone explain to me what Rikudou's tools do? I've read about them, but it's sort of confusing to me, inclusing the whole "word soul" I THINK I have an idea on what they do, but not entirely sure.

I've recently got back into watching anime like a week ago. The last 2 I remember watching was Nabari No Ou and Murder Princess. I'm currently watching Bamboo Blade and I'm almost done with it. So can you give me some suggestions on what anime I should watch next? (:
