In Naruto part 1 i remember jiraiya had put out the blackflames which itachi had used when they were inside the toad's gut,i wonder what jutsu he had used to do so and now that he's dead who else can put those blackflames out?

It's been bothering me for a while now:where did obito get so many sharingan/rinnegan eyes to give a pair to each edo tensei jinkchuriki? And the same goes for pein's bodies.Can some one please explain it to me.
