hmm i think rasen shuriken. This is the chou mini bijuu dama not a bijuu dama. Rasenshuriken would be harder to dodge coz u could expand it and throw it. Also Rasenshuriken does damage on a cellular level whilst the bijuu dama is just an explosion of force. But both could be deadly in a fight...
