I think he wanted to get sasuke out the way. If sasuke thought he was kind of not an enemy, then he wouldn't go crazy and attack tobi for any reason. However... I think obito is to blame for some of sasukes' feelings, so we'll see how that goes.

why base a character off it's fans? They are irrelevant. sasuke is personally my favorite character, but there you go. People are just jelly because kishi loves him too : P

No need to worry. North korea have being making these kind of threats for the past 10 years, and they haven't struck once. Even if they do make a move, south korea will take it into their own hands, and crush the north. They wouldn't even get past russia or europe so...
