He probaly forgot about Sasuke at all and will make only part about him at the end of the war o_o. But yep the attacks probaly won't work on Juubi and he will turn to completed form if Kishi won't troll this time.

I think that Sasuke copied Kakashi's Chidori with his Sharingan, Sharingan can copy techniques with elements too.
