I think he could spam lots of them if he hadn't wasted that much chakra on the alliance. Remember the mechanism is pretty similar, and with Naruto's recent improvements of chakra control, as well as with Kurama's aid, SM's restrains shouldn't be a problem.

I find it even altruistic, usind already dead shinobi for suicidal attacks instead of that who are still alive. What an irony is that Tobirama himself died in one of such attacls :(

Remember Obito can switch his voice to a different one. His "Tobi" voice from the beginning of Shippuuden sounds pretty similar to the voice of young Obito. Also note that Minato would've definitely recognize Obito's voice should he not change it during their fight. Also Onoki didn't have any...

I've noticed one strange thing about Minato in the last few chapters. His face's switching from Edo with cracks and black eyes to Normal Living (withot cracks and with normal eyes). When I've noticed it first time, it seemed like a drawing mistake, but the same mistake a few times in a row...
