To answer that have you not notice by now that not all sharigan techs are the same and kakashi has only one eye plus he is a non uchiah so he cant be compared to the rest

He does not have a second kekke genkei apart from the sharigan because the blaze release is a power granted to him from the sharigan with out it he would not have it
