The Senju DNA got bred into the people of Konoha. The clan isn't there anymore but the heritage lives on. For all we know Naruto's ramen guy could be part Senju.

I thought it was going to be Byakugō but then I remembered Tsunade said she was thr only one that knew it. Pretty much leaves it to Sage Mode or Mokuton or a brand new Jutsu.

Slug Sage Mode and Toad Sage Mode are likely totally different. There has been absolutely zero explanation on what it takes to be a slug sage. Also R.I.P. English. Jeez...

No offense, but Kishi intentionally built this up to be something huge. The last 2 pages of the last chapter are dedicated to Sakura saying "I have something up my sleeve." It's not gonna be a damn chakra scalpel... It's going to be Byakugō or a variation of it most likely.
