i beleive it has something to do with it being one eye for each of them or that only the regular MS powers: ameterasu, tsukiyomi and susanoo cause blindness

everybody seems to want sauske and naruto to meet in the next chapter, and i do too, but it wont happen. authors love dragging out the plot. all in all a good prediction
