Well I know on one chapter Naruto said, "If we move TOO MUCH we'll bleed to death." Focus on too much. In that sense they're not immobile. Then another chapter Naruto goes, "Ahh! I still can't move." It could be because he didn't want to bleed out.

What if after the final clash Naruto was the one left unconscious and Sasuke was awake. What do you would have happened?
