I'm pretty sure you're missing the point. What if Minato doesn't realize he is under Edo Tensei, and Oro is manipulating him to utilize his sealing justu? I highly doubt someone as ambitious as Orochimaru doesn't know a sufficient genjutsu to make it happen, even if Minato DOES feel that way...
