haha I edited quite a bit xD Well the ripped guy is Shinohara, and he didn't die.. Kaneki ate his arrata (the armour) Kaneki's kakuja (from eating other ghouls) is what gave him that mask growth and centipede things

1)The ripped guy (Shinohara) didn't die yet, Kaneki only ate his arrata 2)Kaneki gained his new ability (and "mask") from eating Yamori, so he's a kakuja
