Do I need to have 50+ posts in order to make a biography? I couldn't find anything on this in the rules in that biography creation thread, however I did stumble upon it in a How to RP thread (it may have been out of date) Thanks in advance to those who help.

In all honesty, whether through plot hole or just lack of skill all three previous Hokage (Hashirama, Tobirama and Hiruzen) seem rather underpowered.. Compared to the likes of the Third Raikage. I believe they're alll under-hyped but at the same time over hyped.. it's kinda hypocritical.
