I think Tobi is obito uchiha because in the latest release it seems like tobi has a history with kakashi also obito gave kakashi an eye so he was missing one which explains the original mask with one eyehole on it. Plus Obito didnt like fighting so with the infinite tsukoyomi it would end all...
