its the 3rd's fault how orochimaru found out about Dead Demon Consuming Seal. because it was heruzen who told oro that ''its a jutsu you(orochimaru) know nothing about.'' maybe thats when oro started researching about it and found out the secrets about shinigami.

he dont need zetsu to have hashirama's dna.. coz he already have hashi's dna and could just attach to himself anytime. thats what he did to danzo and yamato

idk guys but Sunade was supposed to have died but Dan saved her, Oruchimaru is back to life coz of the curse seal, so i think that Jiraya is somehow alive and survived that battle from pain,, idk i just think that the Sanin are gunna have a reunion xD
