I personally say Itachi Uchiha, mostly all of his battle style revolves arond the usage of it + he has his sharingan technique Tsukuyomi, which is basically the ultimate genjutsu technique. What about you guys and reasons why please. O.O

The shadow clones man , learn faster , gain abilities quicker , gather inteligance much quicker ! its either that or the Sharigan , man the determination of your next movement recorded , the abilities to control fire elements aswell as master genjutu's , too good ! :D
