I was looking through battle ranks and saw no mention of kenjutsu on the ranks. As such, I'm assuming that you can learn kenjutsu techniques up to your level if your bio has a sword. Am I correct? And can I add a sword to canon characters if they didn't use them? Thanks.

Is it possible for me to create a Kakashi bio without Sharingan? I obviously lack the requirements for the ability, so can I still create a bio without the Sharingan?
