Does the 5 second delay apply to Nagato also, or was that just for Pain? I mean the 5 second delay seemed to apply for all of Devas abilities, not just Shinra Tensei but when Nagato fought Killer B and Naruto he used all his powers one after another without any delay. So was it just Deva or...
