when madara first showed off ps all he did was stabilize the chakra of original sussanoo how hard was that and for all we know itachi could of had it too if he was aware of it

i think this because why would someone with ems need spare eyes or want to have a few extra like mandara said in last chapter unless he was planning to use it . once mandara realized obitos potential while traing him on top of the fact mandara could not turn obito too hatred he used the jutsu...

here he makes one clone then on the next page it show both naruto and his clone the real naruto is charging with normal rasengan and the clone forming beast bomb...
