All the filler episodes she received, and screen time from non-filler. They portrayed that she was able to keep up with Pein and taking out rods. When in reality, she got one-shotted and haven't even touch a rod. She hardly had panel in the manga.

I guess I can look at it like that. She just lacks in feats that the anime portrayed her with.. she doesn't seem as great as people make her out to be.
