neji...can beat anyone in the konoha 11 in taijutsu. his byakugan lets him see A even though hes super fast. and it even gives him time to react as well, i think A would still WIN however it would be annoying. Lee is an even match for Neji with 8 gates open. Gai...would probably overwhelm him...
