You can drag someone from SUsano'o, but Susano'o will follow the user wherever he goes. Powerful enough Jutsu would break Susano'o. Chakra draining Jutsu would absorb Susano'o too since Susano'o is nothing but colorful chakra in the shape of a warrior. I think a Full Head on TBB could shatter...
