Hahaha.. I really doubt if they will pull down the barrier. But they do use mobile phones and advanced technology these days, so I wonder if they have updated the security system of the village as well. Possibly an automatic tracker on the intruder :p

I really enjoyed reading this prediction! However I do have a question on my mind. How does Shin get to the hospital? I thought that the konoha barrier prevented anyone from breaking into the village without triggering the alarm? As far as I remember even Obito couldn't use his space time...

Yeah.. Maybe I could have ended it there. But I wanted to add Madara on his way towards Obito and Sasuke and Naruto being out of his reach. Anyways, Ill try and improvise the next time around. Thanks for your advice :D
