I was reading Itachi and Sasuke vs. Kabuto, and saw that Itachi used KA on Sasuke. When did he do it? I'm gonna guess it was when Sasuke was a little kid, because KA needs 10 years to recharge?

The title says it all. To me, when it comes to vs. matches against Uchihas, the big question is, "Can you block/dodge Amaterasu?" If yes, then there is a possible chance that you could be equal to or beat one. Garra's Sand Shield can block it, so what do you guys think?

If I had to choose, I would say either Mei or Sasori (to a degree). I mean, I've seen people put Sasori in top 15 and say he can beat Madara, which is ridiculous. I'm just refering to the Sasori haters who's main argument is that he got beat by Sakura and Chiyo.
