I don't believe we've seen an Uchiha girl with the sharingan but I don' think it's limited to just the men. Oh wait Sasuke has the sharingan and he's a girl :D.

Really the only one left besides Tsunade is the abomination Yamoto. I say abomination in a loving way cause Yamato's a beast for his tier of character.

Gonna have to go with Harem no jutsu :p. It one shotted the 3rd, Jariya, and Ebisu. Too strong!

Hiruzen and Oonoki in their prime, who do you think would win? I really don't know myself but if I had to venture a guess it would be Hiruzen with high difficulty.

In his prime I would say onoki but I think raikage edges him out.
