Am I the only one who thinks that the Obito flashack story is not over? Obito admitted to Konan that he was the one that spurred Yahiko to form the Akatsuki. Am I the only one that feels that this still hasn't been answered?

IMO the most improved K11 memeber besides Naruto is out of Shikamaru or Neji. I can't fully come to decision so who would you say it is? Explain why If you think that its neither one of them explain why and who you think it is. I say Shikamaru and Neji only because of their intelligence.
