When Tobi began busting out his intangibility and started to turn into the master plotter and manipulator he is, I was like this guy is straight up a boss. And he reminds me of myself besides the bad guy killing others stuff.

I had made these rankings a while back and I've put quite a bit of thought into it. I've got tier-style rankings which I believe are more suitable for comparison in Naruto. All the rankings are based on ninjas at what I believe to be their peak strength but not supplemented by edo tensei...

So do you think it's worth it to ink the drawing vs. just leave it as pencil in order to advance the story faster? I want to keep a rapid pace on the story, and i can do it at least twice as fast with just pencil. Obv. the paper I used is too big, so I'll just use regular computer paper...

Just curious which Rinnegan ability is most desirable. Personally, I would want to have Human Path because gathering intel really fast is a powerful tool.
