I think a person can get near to the marked kunais but I believe those kunais has a sensor that alerts Minato. So if you plan on taking and removing it, you'll be dead before even touching the kunai.

We never seen that Naras techniques can force other to say what Nara's wants them. I mean, it is able to control their moves, but not to let their vocal cords move. Right, that's why I said I highly doubt that...

I think its different... Tobi uses an eye technique to control someone while ET uses some kind of spell (like kunai with tag and place it inside the dead body = dont know what its called), so maybe Kabuto is really not joking when he said there is only one way to stop it... Just my opinion...
