Can anyone send me the VIZ-translation of the chapter wherein Obito tells Konan about Izanagi? Because on some manga sites, Obito says only those who obtain both the power of the Uchiha and the Senju can have Izanagi... Which is weird, seeing as Itachi talked about Uchiha's having used Izanagi...
