Naruto and sasuje are lucky that kishi trolled madara with the BZ backstab, so we could see his full powers. Still logic should be able to tell you that the immortal madara cannot be beaten outside of Rikudou chibaku ten. Even if you hurt he can always regenerate (unlike naruto or sasuke).

Some argue that it is unfair because it takes prep time to use it , but that can be applied to everything in the manga. Should kunai and shuriken be restricted just because you have to gather up before a fight?! You cant just cherry pick between what is fair and unfair.
