Can Minato land a blow on Shisui

I just did some reading on Shisui and they said that he completely mastered the body flicker technique...Its a technique that allows the user to travel short or long distances in a very short period of time...

We all know that the FTG and FTG lvl 2 is a S/T technique that requires special markings on Minato's weapons...Shisui body flicker is extremely fast movement...

So do you guys think that Minato can land a blow on Shisui?

Ok hyperthetially if they fought and let's say Minato had 10 Kunai's and he spread them over the battle field that still doesn't mean he will hit Shisui because is extremely fast aswell...Minato would have to mark him

When I read about Shisui they said that he was one of the most talented members of the battle excelling Uchiha clan...And he had the most coveted eyes throughout the clan hence Danzo taking one, Tobi and Kabuto wanting them aswell

The problem isn't Minato hitting shisui, it's shusui being able to dodge the attack.

Something like FTG-V2 shisui wouldn't be able to dodge. There is no space of time for reaction.

When have you seen Minato dodge an attack without using FTG...I know it was said that he had unparalleled reflexes...but having great reflexes don't exactly make you fast

You don't seem to understand the body flicker technique. It's not specified for combat. Besides it is not instant teleportation. You use some diversion to make it seem that way. 1st databook says:
