who is overrated and underrated ?

Underrated
Pretty much everyone above.

Why? Because on this forum there are three sorts of people. (and a fourth extreme minority.)
1: The people who try to make their favorites to gods. No one can beat Tenten because she can throw a kunai that Madara wouldn't have time to react to so the juubi would feel ashamed to have him as master and end the world.

2: The ones who only hate and try to bash every other character. Naruto is just trash he can only do rasengan and it's only plot that let's him kill people all the time. (Well ofc it's plot that's what a story is made up from.)

3:A combination of number 1 and 2

4: Extreme Minority. People who can discuss characters without geting personal or too biased.

As everyone have different favorites this makes almost every character in the series both over and underrated. (with the possible exception of Tenten who there is but one person on the forum, as far as I can tell, who thinks she is capable of doing anything at all.)

Tenten is very powerful shinobi only in ps3 game but she's useless in manga xd

And she can't ever beat kakuzu U_U

I really don't have mmuch to disprove you the only manga time she got was with the sage fan
and she did wreck edo kakuzu
so hopefully kishi will throw me a bone and let us see more

Prime Nagato > Killer Bee.


Nagato was an edo when he was fighting against Edo itachi and killer bee and Naruto. As an edo, he wasn't in control of his body; Kabuto was controlling him and yet he was still able to rape them all. Plus he was telling them what move he was going to do next to help them out. If he was in control of his body and actually wanted to kill itachi and take killer bee and naruto so he can extract the tail beast, he would.
