2. She is imprisoned within a metal box and submerged in water.
3. The air in the box will run out in less than 30 seconds.
4. Paper bombs will explode in less then 40 seconds destroying the container and everything in it.
5. She cannot use her medical Ninjutsu
6. Lobotomized
7. No help is coming for her.

Madara's prep

1. He has a Meteor Jutsu ready to be used.
2. 10 perfect Susanoo clones and 10 Madara clones.
3. All his clones have unlocked the 7th gate.
4. He is blood lusted and is determined to kill Sakura
5. he has support from Zetsu army, Obito and the Juubi if needed.
