Naruto n Sakura totally. Naruto's destructive power and speed overwhelm Sasuke. Sakura's monster strength takes care of Karin before she tries to aid Sasuke.

I'd actually think Sasuke and Karin, because whilst Karin may not be so brilliant in combat and be beaten by Sakura, Sasuke very exausted could take out Sakura with ease (I know she was hesitant cause she loves him) so if it is fully charged Sasuke he could take her out fast and then bite Karin for healing in the fight. However lets not forget Narutos destructivness and speed which would be a major contender and then Sakuras punches which are getting Tsunade level which could punch a hole in Susanoo

lord sasuke and karin win/ naruto would just get knock out and well sakura is no help, man sasuke solo's them
