Minato is the fastest

After reading a couple of post (especially one particular hot thread) I have to point out that minato is in fact faster than naruto n here is why,
Naruto at his fastest point(which I believe to be sage mode n buji mode; their is no proof of which is faster but I believe people totally underrated SM) but either one is faster than the riakage.
Now the riakage is faster than amerterasu and is probably the fastest ninja alive except for maybe bee n naruto but the reason why I believe minato to be faster is simple. Even tho amerterasu is ALMOST INSTANT its not quite instant. If amerterasu was instant their would be no time to dodge it but since raikage have time to dodge it let's u know it takes some time to reach the user. Now naruto may have been able to dodge the raikage fastest move that move still takes some time (even if its not a second) to react. On the other hand ftg is instantaneous from one point to another seal. So even if naruto is physically faster then his father (which I disagree with) he is not instantaneous which means he's not quite as fast.

He is the fastest just because he uses Flying Thunder God Jutsu, which teleports him instantly to a mark he put somewhere or a marked kunai.

And he's faster than him physically, meaning that he'd beat Minato in a race for example. Hoever, he obviously isn't faster than FTG, since there's nothing fast enough to outspeed something instant

I'd say Naruto is equal to Minato, if not, slightly behind. I don't recall anyone actually saying he was faster than Minato, just that nobody had seen anyone as fast since Minato died.
