Yin and Yang chakra are needed to use TBB.Minato sealed the other half(Yin or Yang or whatever) to Naruto.
Naruto can now use TBB.Therefore,Kurama replenished the other half.

This, im pretty sure naruto has his other half back, would explain his insane power but imo even if naruto was only at half power i highly doubt he could go toe to toe with the juubi, its not even in its final form and its at least 5x larger than kurama with a massive bijuu dama

Cause Sasuke knew the reverse seal. Kuruma doesn't know the reverse seal tech thats been specialized by the uzumaki clan that only consist of karin and naruto.

The nine tails alone doesnt have near as much power as the juubi. Even though it only has part of the 8 and 9 tails power, it still has all the power of tailed beasts 1-7. Kurama is the most powerful of the tailed beasts but he doesnt have near as much as all of them combined.

The fact that Naruto has a ton of chakra already helps out, but still not on par with the juubi at all.
