Who can beat Minato without knowledge?

Like the title says, do you think there is a ninja who can beat Minato without knowledge? Just to make you remember, fighting Minato without knowledge means this:

- Without knowledge, how does the opponent knows he has to dodge the kunais? So FTG-blitz will most likely happen.

- Without knowledge, how does the opponent knows he should avoid close combat? So a FTG marking, plus blitz would most likely happen. The simple fact of handling his shunshin speed is already troublesome enough

- Without knowledge, how does the opponent counter his sealing techniques? Even with knowledge, Shiki fujin is unvisible, so the very least Minato can achieve in a battle is a draw

I personally doubt that there are many ninja out there that could take him out, even if they had knowledge. Perfect example would be "The Raikage" Himself...

He stated himself that they had many en-counters and he has yet to lay a finger on him, that's with Bee at his side... And he's the fastest ninja apart from Naruto. People just don't like the fact of him beating top tier ninja with speed alone.

So who can?

Tobirama, Minato based most of what he has off of Tobirama, and Tobirama is one of the best suiton masters (if not the best) to boast with that. Tobirama's S/T is =< Minato's S/T. And if it's equal, Minato has no chance.

And I'm pretty sure Tobirama knows himself very well.

Also, because Hashirama knows Tobirama very well as they are brothers, and Minato's just a bad copy of Tobirama, Hashirama would win too.
