minato's element [short theory]

minato might not have an element at all, he might be like guy and rock lee (in a way)

NONE of his abilities/jutsus require an element, he uses s/t jutsu (ftg) which is basically seals used to allow him to teleport and rasengan which is made up of nothing but pure chakra spinning in his hand

he can also uses the seal techniques that kushina taught him, we havent seen thsse jutsus but i doubt they will require an element either since he have never shown elements before

even in battle he kills people with a kunai or rasengan, he never showed any elements

minato's age in unclear but he was still in the process of completing rasengan and possibly any other jutsu he couldve been working on when he died. He didnt get the chance to add an element to rasengan if he could, like naruto did

if minato had completed the rasengan, i dont think he was gonna add an element, i think he was gonna just make a bigger rasengan or one that just had more power or a different shape to it.

and then he has reaper death seal, once again a seal and no element

Some people specialize in elemental attacks or taijutsu pretty much...Minato specializeed in taijutsu and used FTG to bring it to a whole new level...adding in Rasengan to implement massive damage....look at Hiashi last chapter...no elements and he wrecks with Taijutsu arts of the Hyuga clan....doesn't mean he has no element though...just they opted to perfect hand combat over crazy elemental abilities.

I personally just labor him a lightning user since he uses Flying Thunder God which has thunder in it XD...Otherwise he is wind like his son

minato doesnt have to have any elements in order to use s/t jutsu, he couldve spent his life learning s/t jutsu rather than learn an element....just saying

1)Kakashi said that Minato wanted to add his element to rasengan. That implies that he had an element.
2)He was a kage, and it was stated that ninjas usually have 2 elements by the time they are jounins.That also means that he must have had an element.
3)Just because his techniques didn't need an element it doesn't mean he didn't have one.
4)You say his age is uncertain, but actually he was 22 when he died.
