senju uchiha misconception

Being on this base I see a lot of people either make up stuff to go along with the story or they are really lost. But one major misconception that I have seen at least 10 people mention is they say the senju is the strongest clan??????
N that statement is just not true. The manga said the uchiha was the strongest clan n only the senju could rival them. If some hired the uchiha for a mission the opposite side would hire the senju to combat them not vice-verse.
I know hashirama fanboys r gonna have their own thoughts n opinions about this but I don't care cuz they never come back with manga proof.

I don't know what page it was or chpter is was stated.

In the end after the village was created the Senju were the dominant clan and not the uchiha.

if you are right, then please explain how the senju had the upper hand and gave the uchiha a small place in their village, i mean if the uchiha were stronger and had the upper hand then why would they accept less from their rivals, why didn't they make their own village and take the senju in or knowing the uchiha well why didn't they exterminate the senju clan ??

The senju were the only clan that can compete with them.That is the only thing you got right nowhere in the manga do they ever state the uchiha as the strongest.However by madaras own mouth he does state the first to be the strongest shinobi ever.

If the uchiha clan were truely the strongest clan at the time of the Senju, I doubt they would of taken being under the Senju's thumb for so long.

Wrong, if the Senju Clan were stronger then they wouldn't have made an allies with the Uchiha Clan instead they would killed all of them. The Senju became stronger in the Village because they were the first to become Hokages... first was Hashirama who was even chosen to be the Hokage by both the Uchihas and Senjus then come Tobirama who became Hokage...the Senjus contained that to get more power does making the Uchihas weak...the Senjus never beat the Uchiha in power and strength, but getting more power in the Village made the Senjus strong while the Uchihas got none.
