Hinata's Byakugan is stronger than Neji's?

People may find it hard to believe but we've seen Neji's Byakugan limit in part2, which is around 800meters of vision all around him:

But it seems that Hinata's Byakugan can even see far more since she can see things over 10KM:

So does it mean that Hinata's Byakugan surpasses Neji's?

Don't think so really, since Neji was said to be one of the most gifted Hyuuga who ever had come forward.

She may be able to see far, but I think his helps more in battle. How, I don't really know, I've never looked to much into the Byakugan xd

Hinata's was better in part one. During the chuunin exams, hinata see's gaara from 1KM away, but kidomaru sais that neji's limit was 100 meters.

I think Kidoumaru said that Neji's limit in part1 was 100meters or something(don't remember correctly), so he probably increased it to 800meters, but it seems that Hinata's can see over 10km(so more)

His limit was always past 100m tbh

Nowhere is it stated that 800 meters is Neji's limit. He just hasn't displayed vision beyond that. Given their abilities in part 1, I'm positive Neji has longer range.

he detects attacks within 50 meters. That doesn't mean he can't see over that.
