What the? Dude, he summoned the incomplete Juubi to maintain the higher advantage during the battle. He wanted to revive it with its full form, thus not doing what the thread maker stated.

I already stated the same thing in my other thread, Tobi/Obito just increased his workload by fighting a war and capturing the remaining jinchuuriki all at the same time whereas he could have just focused all his manpower and resources capturing Naruto and Killer B. he's stupid.
