Can't you say that about any single clan though? I mean take the Hyuuga, Aburame or most others clan and we can only name a few powerful ones because none of the others get screen-time. The idea of the manga is supposed to relay around the idea that the Uchiha clan had some of the most powerful members in history.

I think his mind works differently. They were one of the best for a reason. Just like senju. Or maybe he reads a different version of the manga. Who knows.

I understand it perfectly, just in my opinion they aren't that great.

Sasuke? Madara? Itachi? Shisui? Izuna? Danzo and Orochimaru wanted the Sharingan, the Sharingan evolves into the Rinnegan which were the Sage's eyes, etc. etc. The Uchiha are extremely powerful.

Again, if Kakshi knew that only a full blooded Uchiha can counter Tsukuyomi then the outcome of the fight could have been different. Like Guy knew not to look at his eyes so he looked at their feet and Itachi Immediatly ordered Kisame to fall back.
