Remember this scene from chapter 3 pg 20-21
Sasuke: it's time to go where's Naruto?
Sakura: hehe... don't change the subject... who cares about Naruto? all he does is get in fights with you. well, he hasn't had a normal childhood. he doesn't have any parents. he can do whatever he wants. if I acted like him my parents would get so mad at me.
Sasuke: (Sakura)
Sakura: he's so lucky, all alone, parents never getting on his case. That's why he misbehaves so much.
Sasuke: all alone.
Sakura: huh?
Sasuke: the sadness of having a parent yell at you is nowhere near how he feels.
Sakura: whats this.. all of a sudden...
Sasuke: you're.. annoying.
wasn't this like a huge revelation to sakura? Ya that's right it was.
Now this is what i'm referring to what Sakura says in chapter 181 pg #7
Sakura: No matter what you just always hate me, don't you... You remember, don't you?
Sasuke: .........
Sakura: When we became genins, the day when our three-man team was first decided... the first time we were by ourselves, you were so mad at me...
(Flashback)
Sasuke: Loneliness.
Sakura: huh?
Sasuke: It's just a bit different from having your parents mad at you.
Sakura: What's wrong with you all of sudden?
Sasuke: You're annoying.
(End of Flashback)
Sasuke: I don't remember that
Hahah... yeah, I guess you're right... that's all in the past, huh?
Sasuke: .........
Sakura: That's when it all began though. You and me... Naruto and Kakashi - Sensei...
Sasuke: .........
Sakura: We did all sorts of missions, just the four of us. It was painful and difficult at times Even with that though.
I still enjoyed it.
When Sakura was talking about the flashback that's when it all started. Because Sasuke taught her what loneliness felt like, it was how she fell in love with him.
Now we are back to your question of how Sakura likes Sasuke still. Well it revolves around what she learned from Sasuke. Because of this revelation it completely changed Sakura, and thus makes her continue to love Sasuke, cause Sasuke is still embracing this loneliness he spoke to her about. This is why she constantly loves Sasuke, she doesn't want him to be alone anymore.
