Kiba has only referred to Hinata's love for Naruto twice, once when he came back from the time skip and he said she always faints around him and this. Doesn't matter if she was the 1st to say she loves him, does this automatically mean he has to feel the same?

While Kiba said that and everyone defined it as a NaruHina moments, Kishi comes and slaps them back and Naruto talks to Sakura and he doesn't even finish his sentence when Sakura already is on it, showing how good they work together.

So Kishi will keep teasing with those pairings until he will make some of them cannon or an of them, lol.

Nope, but considering the type of person naruto is I think he really knows how to understand people, I think he has already understood how Hinata feels about him but hasnt come up with a way to react with Hinata's confession. Its like finding the answer to that question about piece Nagato mentioned to him, its not like Naruto doesnt think about peace anymore.

He knows how Hinata feels about him, she told him. I don't think he feels the same way however, he sees her as a close friend ( that's all we know at this current point) . I believe he is still in love with same old Sakura like he has always been.
