Then u think Hinata is wishing herself 'Good luck Naruto'?
If u have experience reading comics u may notice that Hinata's statement is in a speech bubble which indicates that the words are spoken out . . . . also if u careful u may notice that Hinata's speech was cut off by Ino's scream.
However you may slice it Hinata WAS wishing Naruto luck verbally, the first female to do so........
I think he asked her to stop lying about 'loving him instead of Sasuke' and also added that 'I despise people who lie to themselves'.... not to mention Naruto at first thought Sakura's Proposal a bad joke (he did say 'Sakura chan its not funny')......
In a nutshell: Neither did Naruto accept Sakura......
she whispered it because she was too shy to say it out loud to him. He didn't accept or reject her..
