Hinata is more deserving of Naruto's affections, but the story as it's written so far would dictate that Naruto wins Sakura's heart in the end. Just my opinion though.

Sakura was more of a help to naruto than Hinata was, Sakura obeyed Naruto's orders, she trusted him
Hinata jumped in discarding what Naruto said because she didn't trust him also Sakura couldnt she shit because she doesn't have a bayukguan she was worrying about him the whole time.
Also Sakura has risked her life in the past to help Naruto (tenchi bridge is 1 example)
