Misconception about rikoudu sennin

The most incredible state of ignorance has been going on in narutobase.
Some people said the rikoudu had the rinnegan before he became a jinchuuriki,thats weird aint it?
1.we all know a jinchuuriki inherits its bijuu's unique ability eg
gaara-sand from shikaku
nii yugito-expertise at blue flame
yagura-unknown
roshi-larva style
han-his super strength
utakata-corrosive techniques
fuu-unknown
bee-ink
naruto-healing.
2.tobi said that before rikoudu became a god,he was a mortal.he got the rinnegan from the juubi,but people say he had rinnegan before sealing juubi,but he only had a perfect body and was adept at fuinjutsu,because i dont see how the bijuu inherits the jinchuriki instead of the other way round

It's not a misconception, only speculation. I presumed that the Rikudou Sennin gained his ocular powers after sealing the Datara within himself, and later divided this power amongst his sons.

Juubi doesn't have rinnegan, only the sage does... Hence why he was able to beat the juubi.... The juubi has sharingan tomoe like eyes-- hence why he is just a mass of hatred, just as sharingan is eye filled with hatred

the sage got his rinnegan from birth i thought.. sealing technique's alone would not have been enought to seal the juubi.. the rinnegan would have givenhim the abilities needed to keep the juubi at bay and eventually seal it.
