(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado

Descripton: The user will wave the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals and utilize water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

This is a technique that utilises water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. So gather your Suiton chakra, be sure to gather enough or else this technique will fail. Once you feel you have enough, channel it throughout your channel network. Get on top of the lake to our right and channel a small portion of your chakra to your feet so you can stand on top of it. Perform the Rat, Horse then Bird handseals. Now, release another portion into the water. This portion will be for performing the technique. Once it's in the water, manipulate your chakra so that it can control the pre existing water. your chakra will strengthen the water and also manipulate it's shape. Use the chakra to create a Tornado like figure.

I first gather a great amount of suiton chakra. I then focus some chakra to my feet, and step on the lake's surface. Then, I perform the following hand seals: Rat -> Horse -> Bird, and release a greater amount of water chakra to the lake's water. As the suiton chakra is infused with the lake's water, I manipulate the water and start rotating it. Then, I draw the chakra infused water out of the lake, and create a spinning vortex.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Damage Points: 30
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.

This technique was used by Tobirama (Edo Tensei of Orochimaru) when fighting Sarutobi during the attack of Konoha. Gather a portion of your Suiton chakra, channel it throughout your chakra network then begin to focus. The next step is to clap your hands once, releasing the chakra anywhere of Short-Mid range, this is the area of target. With the chakra at the targeted area, manipulate it to become a liquid property in a sudden burst. With enough focus, manipulate the water to rapidly rotate, forming a vortex. Now, with your chakra controlling the water, create an area of compression at the top of the vortex. With your control, proceed to make the top explode, crashing down to create a wave. However, the jutsu won't be over yet, you can manipulate this wave by synchronizing hand movements.

I first gather a great amount of suiton chakra, and then I clasp my hands once, releasing the chakra at about 5 metters in front of me. I then manipulate the property of the chakra, which becomes humid, and transforms into pure water suddenly. Manipulating the chakra in the water I created, I give it a spining motion, and create a water vortex. Then, with chakra manipulation, I make the head of the vortex burst, and the jutsu becomes a water wave. Finally, using my hands to direct it, I control the wave, and make it crush on a nearby tree.

his was the technique used by Nagato's Deva Path to detect another's chakra. It's pretty simple to do. Gather a portion of your Water Chakra, as I'll tell you what this technique is about. It's A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Good. The thing with that technique is, you can detect chakra, but you can't detect who's chakra it is. So say there are two enemies, you can detect the chakra of them both, but you can't tell who is who unless you use some other sensing method, doujutsu or your own sight. Got that?

This next technique is used to imprison targets/opponents. This is done by encasing them in a sphere of water that has great mass. A major drawback is that one must have his arm in the sphere for it to remain active, however,a clone can be used to get rid of this problem.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

I first start channeling suiton chakra, and perform the Dragon -> Tiger hand seals. Then, I release the chakra, and summon a great amount of water, that is standing without moving. Then, using shape manipulation, I form the water into a dragon, and send it to hit a nearby tree.

Hmmm... An advantage is that it creates a water source instantly, thus I would be able to use it with a jutsu that requires a water source... I could use this jutsu in a dry environment, by creating the water behind the opponent, so that he wouldn't know what hit him...

It would indeed create a pool of water when it crashes, but that water wouldn't be enough to perform most of the techniques that require a water source. Also, if the pool of water is created on Earth, especially dry earth, it will eventually soak under. If the technique was used against you, how would you counter or evade?

Could I use the water replacement technique, so the jutsu would do nothing to me? Or I would use a C-rank or higher barrier jutsu. Finally, If I had appropriate training, I could try to make the soil dry in order to soak it...

Water Replacement Method
Good thinking, however, it would be best you focus on destroying the technique than just evading it. The thing is, your body won't stay in water form forever, the opponent could just continuously assault you with the dragon until you return to normal, where you'll end up taking direct hits.

Barrier Technique Method
This would work well, a strong barrier would make the dragon disperse on strong enough impact.

Soaking Method
I don't see where this one would work, however, if you used a earth technique to swallow it (eg. Antlion technique) that should work fine.
